Car carrier VIKING EMERALD ran aground at around 1630 LT Nov 14 near Woodland, Washington, en route from Tacoma to Portland. Vessel was refloated several hours later with the help of tugs, and resumed voyage. No visible damages reported. At 0500 UTC Nov 15 vessel was under way approaching Portland.
