A tour boat understood to collide with floating restaurant in southern Vietnam province Ninh Thuan waters at 10 45 LT July 23, in Vinh Hy Bay, causing panic among some 300 diners on board, mainly tourists. Restaurant collapsed, hundreds of people fell into water. Details unclear, understood rescue still under way, at least two tourists of Vietnamese nationality confirmed dead. No information on nationalities other of restaurant visitors. Vinh Hy Bay is known for its’ resorts.
