Floating crane, anchored off Kerch Bridge, Kerch Strait, caught in storm raging in the area, dragged anchors and drifted onto Kerch (Krym) Bridge at 0620 Moscow time Sep 8. Crane allided with pier No. 227 of car bridge, bridge sustained damages, car traffick restricted. Tug managed to take crane on tow at 0830 Moscow time, and tow it to safe distance from the bridge.
