Update: 12 people reportedly died. The ship according to all available information, remained partially afloat, resting on bottom. Most likely, there was panic on board, causing people to jump into water, when there was no real danger of ship sinking and consequently, people drowning. If there’s an all-out panic among dozens of people on board of distressed capsized ship, there’s little Captain and the crew can do.
