Troubled barge sparked fears, British Columbia

Barge with heavy starboard list loaded with dredged silt was anchored off North Saanich park, B.C., Canada, north of Victoria, in the evening May 28, later she was moved to the cove further south, and left there unattended. Locals are fearing possible disaster, owner of the barge, Vancouver Pile Driving, doesn’t respond. Barge was towed by tug SEASPAN CUTLASS. On a photo troubled barge.
