According to latest Philippine Coast Guard statement issued on Nov 28, there was 19 crew on board of general cargo vessel FORTUNE LIFE, including 1 Vietnamese nationality and 18 Chinese nationalities. 8 crew were rescued by Coast Guard, 11 are still. Missing. Vessel was loaded with 7,500 tons of feldspar.
Comment: vessel said to sink after capsizing, it may be assumed, that capsizing was caused by feldspar shifting.
