Vessel which collided with fv LU RONG YU 58398 and sailed away after collision, was identified as Greek bulk carrier CATALINA, en route from Lianyungang to Beilun, China. CATALINA changed course, reportedly after being commanded to by Chinese authorities, and is sailing towards Zhoushan, understood to be anchored there for investigation.
