Cargo ship SHAO DONG JI 958 reported to Suzhou Rescue Center fire in living quarters at 2330 LT Apr 21, while en route on inner waterway in Suzhou area with 1200 tons of coal on board. Crew were evacuated by a CG boat, firefighting team boarded the vessel, fire was taken under control in about an hour.
