General cargo vessel HELGIS on Mar 25 was reported as disabled and adrift in Japan sea, in vicinity 45 56N 137 56E, 5 nm off northern Primorye Region coast. Vessel en route from Vanino Russia, Tatarskiy Strait, to China. Vessel resumed sailing early in the morning Mar 26, after fixing the problem.
