Container ship aground since Sep 12, no sign of salvage yet, Caribbean

Cargo ship HABIB EXPRESS with cargo of containers ran onto small island Alto Velo coast, off southern coast of Dominican Republic, in the morning Sep 12, while en route from Miami to Puerto de Haina, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. As of Oct 1, the ship remains aground, local media said the ship is to be refloated and towed to Haina, but there are no tugs or anything resembling salvage, near the ship, at least yet. According to track, HABIB EXPRESS most probably, ran aground at a high speed, due to either navigational error or watch fault.
