Container ship SHIN CHUN collided with Taiwanese fishing boat at around 2300 UTC Feb 28 while approaching Kaohsiung, Taiwan, en route from Fuzhou China. Fishing boat capsized, crew missing, including Taiwanese skipper and one Indonesian crew. Exact number of crew unknown. SHIN CHUN understood to take part in SAR, vessel is to dock in Kaohsiung soon.
