Container fell into container ship DELPHIS RIGA Hold at night Sep 27 during cargo operations at Thessaloniki, Greece. Nobody was injured, extent of damages unknown, the ship detained for inspection. Container fell from crane because crane’s spreader twist locks unlocked by themselves.
