Cargo ship collided with tanker on Kandla Anchorage

General cargo ship PAC SEGINUS while leaving Kandla port, Gujarat, western India, collided with anchored tanker NAUTICAL GLOBAL XVI on Kandla OTB anchorage at 0514 LT Mar 22. NAUTICAL GLOBAL XVI lost her portside anchor and started to drift, near missing anchored tanker TIGER INTEGRITY (IMO 9760574). NAUTICAL GLOBAL XVI was taken under control and brought to anchor, except lost anchor she sustained ballast tank damages.
PAC SEGINUS was anchored near collision site, as of 0530 UTC Mar 23 she was still at anchor, no information yet on her damages.
Tanker NAUTICAL GLOBAL XVI is in lay-up since last year, understood lay-up is cold and the ship is in blackout condition. All ships arriving/leaving Kandla are warned of lay-up, blackout ships on Kandla anchorage.
