Cruise ship NIEUW AMSTERDAM with tourists on board ran aground on Oct 10 at Santa Cruz Huatulco, Mexico, Pacific coast, after her moorings broke up in stormy weather. Tourists reportedly were offered to move to hotels for one night, the ship underwent inspection and was allowed to resume voyage.
