Oct 8: General cargo vessel ISLAY TRADER is aground since since 0130 UTC Oct 8 at Margate coast, east of London. Vessel en route from London to Antwerp was under way, then stopped and drifted, probably anchored, then resumed sailing and headed for Margate coast at full speed.
