Tanker SEATROUT was refloated at around 1340 UTC Sep 20 with the help of several tugs, and as of 1430 UTC she was proceeding downstream, to be anchored or moored at Vlissingen, for survey and inspection. Bulk carrier USOLIE at 1430 UTC was in the same position, anchored at Vlissingen, and according to latest news, she suffered some damages. According to local media citing officials, there was a third ship or boat (understood it was sailing ship or yacht), which actually, caused collision and ensuing grounding – both ocean-going freighters had to maneuver in order to avoid collision with that unnamed boat, went too close to each other, and were driven to collision by suction effect. Traffic in the area was hampered while tanker was aground, and suspended during refloating operation.
