Tanker collided with bulk carrier, grounded, Bath Western Scheldt – again

Bulk carrier USOLIE collided with tanker SEATROUT on Western Scheldt at hapless Bath meander (ULCS CSCL JUPITER grounding Aug 14), at around 0330 UTC Sep 20, while both vessels were proceeding in the same direction downstream. Tanker grounded after collision, either pushed by jolt or while trying to avoid collision. Reportedly, there are no visible damages, tanker is to be refloated at high tide, several tugs are at her side already. Bulk carrier sailed downstream and was brought to anchor at Vlissingen. Tanker is en route from Antwerp to Ust-Luga, bulk carrier is en route from Antwerp to Klaipeda. On photo grounded SEATROUT
