General cargo vessel SE PANTHEA was grounded by typhoon Hato at around 1300 UTC on Aug 23, in position 22 07N 113 45E, on western coast of inlet Chek Tan, southwest of Lantau Island, Hong Kong. As of 0200 UTC Aug 25, vessel was still aground.
