Taiwanese bulk carrier grounded by Hato

Bulk carrier ZHANG HONG NO.1 ran aground in position 22 05N 113 48E on a small islet 27 nm southwest of Kowloon, HK. At 0530 UTC Aug 24 vessel was in the same position, no tugs in sight. Little doubt vessel was pushed aground by typhoon Hato.
