Vietnamese fishing vessel BTh 98738 at 2320 LT Nov 16 collided reportedly with tanker SILVER BRIDGE in Bach Ho offshore area, southeast of Vung Tau, Vietnam. Fishing vessel sank, 10 crew was rescued by nearby fishing vessel. Investigation under way.
