Bulk carrier MAKRA suffered mechanical failure while transiting Bosphorus Strait in northern direction in the morning Nov 15, in front of Yenikoy. Vessel was taken to Istinye anchorage, reportedly with the help of tugs. At 1230 UTC Nov 15 vessel was in the same position, anchored at Istinye. Vessel is en route to Dneprobugsky port, Ukraine.
